The Welman Project

The Welman Project is a Fort Worth-based nonprofit on a mission to fill a classroom, not a landfill! Through creative repurposing of surplus business waste, we give teachers the tools and support they need to provide vital hands-on learning opportunities to every student. Our programs include a free teacher warehouse full of unlimited free materials, a retail store for makers and families to get affordable arts and craft supplies, and a makerspace with tools and workshops that empower everyone to be creative!
