Virtual Music Makers Camp

Join us for Virtual Music Makers Camp! Each day will be an engaging exploration of music history, music instrument families, science of sound, animal music makers, guest artist demonstrations and song time.
All campers will receive a Virtual Music Makers Camp Kit. Kit pick-up info will be shared with registrants before camp begins.

The award-winning Stepping Stones Museum for Children in Norwalk will host a Virtual Music Makers Camp from Monday, July 12 through Friday, July 16. Each camp day will take place from 9:00 am – noon.
We all know and love Dan Dan the Music Man. He is so excited to take you on a musical journey to learn the science of sound, the history of music, the different kinds of instruments and how they are made. There will be guest artist demonstrations and, of course, song time!
The Music Makers Camp Kit will teach campers how sound works through experimentation and by building and playing instruments like a guitar, a drum and a trumpet!
