“An Adventure in Printmaking”
With Akua Demo Artist Junanne Peck
Are you curious about prints and printmaking? Spend 3 Saturdays in November exploring these exciting classes. Offering participants, the unique opportunity to learn about printmaking techniques. Monotypes, Drypoint, Woodcuts and Stencils will be explored. We will be working with Akua Non-toxic and water- based Inks. There will be extra paper to purchase. We will be using an Etching Press and Pin Press. Dress for mess. All levels of (art) experience and knowledge are welcome.
Printmaking Instruction and demonstration will be given on each technique with generous open studio time. Printmaking has something for Artist of all skill levels.
Date: Saturday’s November 5,12,19, 2022
Time: 10a - 1pm
Fee: $200.
Supply Fee: $10.

Limited to 15 participants.
We will break for a short lunch. Bring your own lunch or something to share.
Junanne has also requested that all participants be vaccinated.
The Prints created can be made into small books and Journal pages or can stand alone to be framed.
Junanne Peck is an interdisciplinary artist, with printmaking as her primary art form. Peck is a Demo Artist for Akua Ink (http://www.akuainks.com/akua-demo-artist-program) She is a seasoned educator and Teaching Artist in the DFW area.
