Girls STEM Workshop

Join the University of Rochester Society of Women Engineers for our annual Fall Girls Workshop! The virtual event will take place on Saturday November 14th and consist of fun lessons and activities for girls in grades K-6.

Each year undergraduate students from the university come together to engage young girls in the Rochester and surrounding communities in STEM activities to hopefully inspire them to one day pursue a career in engineering. This year our event will be virtual through Zoom from 12pm to 2pm on Saturday, November 14th. The theme for the event will be superheroes, and will consist of virtual lessons and activities, as well as a couple hands on activities that can be completed with everyday objects at home.
